Yup!

I needed to see this today. You friggin' rock!!! Thanks for sharing your awesome experience!

Yeah I'm aware that there are other things I can do around here. I do lifts at home so I'm not exactly lacking in exercise. But I was specifically asking about the bike. But thanks for the suggestions! :flowerforyou:

I'm doing that M&S program and it's awesome. Both my husband and I really enjoy it. Good stuff.

Kind of hard to get away from my desk. Figured this would be an easy fix lol Think I might get it anyway...but thanks.

I love mine as well. Great tool!

Great information. Thank you all!!

Houston, Texas here! Dove chocolate is my weakness - though the heat melting the bag on its transport home from store has deterred me from purchasing lots of it :P

Can't believe this didn't even occur to me. And I'm a marketer myself. Doh! My husband and I haven't seriously been thinking of moving though we have spoken about finding a more modern home in the near future. So we do want to move eventually. But I wouldn't want to rush to do it either. And you made a good point I hadn't…

It is pre-printed and has my name and address listed. I'm sure it is a mass mailing for my area. If I were more social - I'd ask my neighbors to see if they received something similar. They may have called but I don't answer unknown numbers. No voicemail messages were left though - that I can remember.
-
That's actually what their website stated they did. Did you ever call to see what they'd offer you? I wasn't really thinking of selling yet and my area is pretty convenient. But who knows...lol
-
Didn't even think about that. Thanks for the tip. That's probably true.
-
I did Google and they have a website. They look like a company that buys homes and flips them. But I couldn't find anyone who's actually dealt with them before.
-
Agreed. But also some people just have stronger odors than others no matter how clean they may have been before.

Hmm...I don't think that a deficit of 20% would be quite right for her being at 139 pounds. Since she's close to her goal weight (if she only wants to lose 8 to 10 pounds), I'd put her under a 10% deficit at most which would give her a calorie goal of 1750. But that's just me...

This would be a good reason for me to consider it. I also want to have legs as strong as possible to be able to squat heavier. I just don't want them (my calves) to get any bigger!
-
Question: Since this topic deals with calves. Do you HAVE to work out calves? I mean, I'm doing all other compound lifts but my calves, thanks to my Dad, already look nice and strong. If I forgo isolated calve exercises, will that be the end of the world?

Great article! Sharing it with my friends - who seem to think only Cardio will get them a body like that. If they only knew....

One of two things can happen. Either she will burn out at that rate - in which case, give her room to find her own suitable routine. Or she will continue to do what she's doing and actually enjoy it. Either way, I don't think this is cause for concern.
-
Really? Some of you are bound to have terrific people around you!

Looks very yummy! Thanks for posting!

Try Craigslist. We just purchased a power rack that serves as a bench press and has a lat pull down attachment, came with Olympic barbell and about 265 lbs of weights and the guy threw in a plywood sheet and soft mats for good measure lol And we will be purchasing an e-z curl barbell. All of that (after curl bar purchase)…

Happens to me as well :) Not sure about the science behind it but bumping for curiosity.
