I second this. I am a HUGE Brooks fan. I love them for running. I like Asics for workout classes but it is Brooks for walking and running all the way. Going to a specialty shoe store that watches and can assess your gait is worth every penny vs....years of pt...rehab and surgery. Spend a little more now avoid all the pain…

Daily ...because when I didn't weigh in daily I gained 27 lbs in 6 months . I am mindful about...workouts, hormones, water, salt consumption so when I see fluctuations I don't freak out. Daily helps me chart and target.

I call it Walfart for a reason. It is so insanely inexpensive, my family and I would be silly not to shop there. But ours is a giant "Fart" . I live in middle America. You get what you get.
