Hi folks!! Would love to provide advice and clear up general misconceptions in fitness. Would not be able to commit to full time mentoring though. Would expect people in the age group of 25 - 35 cos my advice would be primarily around weight training. I have been overweight previously. I have a separate post of my story…

Thanx!!

Thank you so much. I always feel that fitness is a journey and not a destination. Your kind words have inspired me more. :)

see.. there is no specific diet to lose weight. All you need is just calorie deficit.

Actually.. when I started out I didnt know much about lean bulk. I just ate a lot of protein and whole food. I was bulking without knowing what it was. later I learned about cutting and lean bulk. Now I have leveled up. :)

he he.. sounds interesting.

Height is 176 cm. Never measured the BF. But my estimate would be 25 - 30% before and should be 10 - 12% after.

Spot reduction of fat is a myth. If you want abs then I would suggest you to consider the cutting and lean bulking approach unless you are a complete beginner. I have had pretty good results with what I have stated. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10511781/fat-to-fit-6-packs-just-2-inspire/p1

1.Diet ( eat min 80% whole food + can have up to 20% processed food ) 2.Strength training 3.Tracking ( tracking calories and macros + weight ) 4.Consistency

Hi.. Calorie counting is key for weight loss(its all about energy balance). If you dig deep and count macros and do a bit of strength training then you get into FAT LOSS.

Was trying be sarcastic.Never tried though.
