I do it without shoes. I know that sound odd, but i do it in my bedroom on carpet too, and it's just too hard with gym shoes on. I go to a boot camp 2x a week and most of the girls, including the instructors do the whole thing without shoes as well. We do it at the gymnastics center on the mats, which is kinda like being…

I was just thinking to myself this morning that I wanted to try the 30 day shred again. Would love to join you! I kinda gave up the first time, but I have been going to boot camp 2x a week and know now that I can make it through all 30 days!!

This is my first post, but i have been doing this for a while now. If I can be honest, it looks like you are eating a lot of empty calories, which won't help you lose weight, you have lots of salads which is great but, you could probably switch up some of your snacks with something else. You could probably add more protein…
