CW 167 GW 150 (fit and toned) Height 5'6 Age 36 I'm a mom of two who is really struggling with weight. I am otherwise very healthy I just want the last of the fat off. I know at my age and height 150 is on the upper healthy spectrum, all I'm trying to do is get in the healthy weight before I'm 40.
