Why would you even consider that? If they worked and were safe don't you think everyone would be on them? There are no subs or quick fixes. Healthy, balanced diet and exercise.

Like every fad diet - lost weight quickly - put it back on. I'm all for juicing, but as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not the sole source of food intake.

Yeah, this... Condiments are surprising. You say you don't count any items less than 20, but 5 of those a day and you're losing 100 calories, which we all know adds up! That's a snack right there. I count garlic cloves too...

Technically under one, but yes. Long story. Was having a fight with my s/o and didn't want to go back into the apartment. Eventually I did and she was hiding from me in a cupboard. Have you ever called in sick to do something a lot more fun than work?

REAL beer all the way! My favourite at the moment is the Brooklyn Dark Chocolate Stout. Mmmhmm, and at £4.50 and 320 calories a bottle, I don't have it often. I cannot stand these 'beers' with rum or tequila mixed in, just have a beer and a chaser!
