1. Yes, you do eat your exercise calories back 2. LIFT - Don't just do cardio. You'll get skinny fat, and lifting is bad *kitten* 3. Go slowly, don't be put off when things fluctuate (and it will). Be consistent. Be patient.

Stop cooking an abundance of food at dinner? Only cook what you're allocated? Put the leftovers in the fridge immediately - it can be lunch tomorrow, or dinner another night. Usually - just employ some will power. These things aren't easy and you have to tackle the issues with brute force.

I don't think cheat days/meals exist if you make it fit. I eat junk food all the time. Make it work.

I hadn't even considered farting! Maybe I can use farts to balance out my breathing habit? IE: If I fart more then my breathing allowance will increase?
