Havent been on here like i should of been! Currently weighing in at 157.6 so since the 1st i am down 3.6 lbs not as good as i would like...but its better then nothing! :)

last year i weighed 218 lbs this year right now i weigh= 157.8

im nursing and have been for 4 1/2 months...I eat between 1300-1500 a day and have dropped 50 lbs...but, my babies dr said she is growning great and my milk is fine!!! I would say if your milk is coming in good and she is growing the way she should be your fine...

I agree! I have read that your body will adjust itself if you have been eating the same # of calories daily for a long time...so i would eat like 1400 one day and then 1200 the next and then 1500 the next or whatever...to keep your body guessing so to speak...good luck!!!!
