  • Diced chicken breast, seasons with some tandoori masala spice, coated with GY and cooked for about 20 mins Yum :-) I use fage 0% fat GY
  • I lost a stone and a half in 5 weeks at 1200 ... I am however a 6'4" bloke lol After 4 weeks the loss started to dry up so I increased my calories so my body didn't go into starvation mode
  • Just had a look at my food diary for yesterday and I did 260g of protein ... without a supplement ;-) Don't get me wrong I do use them post work outs however in the main I get my nutrients from food

  • Have a can of tuna instead? 20grams of Protein Or try some turkey, egg whites, white fish, cottage cheese, greek 0 fat yoghurt etc etc ... You can get more than enough protein for building muscle from good clean food The protein will keep you feeling fuller longer :-)

  • BTW someone asked what to put it under on MFP ... I created a new exercise "30 Day shred Day 1" set the time to 20 minutes and 260 cals For Day 2 I log 20 minutes and 300 cals (I took an average of cals from info I gathered around the net)
  • I do Day 1 (sometimes day 2) twice a week as part of my general fitness routine ... keeps me nicely toned
  • 1g per 1lb of bodyweight apparently ... Although only if your weight training? Had 250+g's of protein today without any supplements (just from my diet) add me and have a look at my food diary ... It's definitely made a big bg improvement for me STEVEN
