I never throw away my 'fat clothes', I just pack them away in storage containers when I don't need them and then get them out of sight and out of mind. You need fiber for breakfast. I find that nothing more than a cup of Corn Bran will keep me full until lunch, and a cup is only 120 calories (dry). That and drink a lot of water all day.
