  • Sounds like you're on the right track. Tthe pros recommend only losing 1-2 lbs/week if we want to keep it off. Also, we often gain muscle when we start exercising more. Check calories in vs calories burned daily if you want to expedite things. I think it's all about long term and lifesyles. I'm a 5'6" sportsy stocky guy…
  • Calories in vs Calories burned, is how you lose or gain weight. Exercise burns calories ..... of course exercise and running help to lose weight, not too mention all the other benefits... cardio health, strength, stress relief, endorphins... still if we eat too much, more calories in than we burn all day ....:smile:
