I pole dance about three times a week- I freakin' love it. Sadly the membership is WAY too expensive,so I don't know how much longer I can keep it :( I'm actually saving up to purchase my own pole to keep in the bedroom so I don't have to give it up.

I've read that depending on your BF%, actual calories burned can vary by 10-20%. So I usually subtract about 100 calories just to be safe, but it might not be that drastic of a difference. I have a HRM arriving this Tuesday, so I plant to compare the numbers :)

The only way to not feel so crappy is to just take the plunge and get back into it. Just know as long as you get back into eating right/exercising, your vacation didn't "ruin" all your previous progress. You can still move forward. You'll get back to where you were, and you'll feel so much better for it. There's no time…

I exercise for about 50 minutes, and I burn between 500 and 600 calories. I put the incline up to 18, and fast walk at about 3.7-3.9 mph. You can really start to feel it in that time, and I was surprised that by bumping the incline up ALL the way, it burns pretty much the same as I would if I was jogging the whole time.…

For the united states, servers make anywhere from $3.00- to $7.25 (or whatever the specific's state minimum wage is) They CERTAINLY don't make $9.00/hr before tips. Just sayin'

Lupus patient here! I get a bit fatigued and have joint pain, but all in all exercise and proper diet have greatly improved my quality of life with this disease. I get nervous that one day I may have an "episode" as I call them, while I am exercising (which can consist of me having a panic attack and then losing…

Oh yeah, I did forget to mention I'm in Florida :3 But I'm inside for 95% of the day, so I'm not sure how that works out heh

It's free, and one of the best sites out there for this kind of stuff to boot- so ENJOY!

I wake up at 6, and don't get home till almost 6. My job is tiring (just mentally, not physically), and I don't have any time in the morning to work out. So I come home, and I get on my workout clothes, and I power through it. I tell myself the faster I finish my workout, the quicker I can enjoy the rest of my night, with…

LV2D5 done for me. My back is starting to hurt hella bad, but I think it's from weight machines more than 30ds. So officially half way done (goodness, can't believe i'm only halfway ). But level 3 is looming in sight, and that's enough to keep pushing through. Happy Tuesday everyone, keeping pushing! 30 days is a…

I eat about 5 oz cooked, 2 oz not cooked. That was the serving size (I believe) on my pasta box. Food scales are a life saver!

Just curious, are you doing this for detox purposes? I've never really heard of water fasting other than to lose some water weight quickly, so I am just curious what your reasons are for wanting to fast on water, since I attribute my water consumption to my health.

Wow thanks for all the responses guys. I was looking at used ones on Amazon, but I'm not too sure if I should be so cheap with this device. Thanks all!

L2D3 done for me today as well; glad to have gotten it out of the way much earlier than I did yesterday. Is it time for level 3 yet???
-
That's a bit of an odd request, I must say.

I totally agree- Protein is really good for you, but there is such a thing as too much. It also helps to take it at certain times (like after your workout) to get the full benefits. You can always have too much protein, just like you can have too much of everything else.

LV2D2 done- I made myself do it at 11:30 PM tonight, but I did it! I just don't like this level all that much, but 8 more days in relative terms really isn't that long- so I will push through!

Holy cow, just did D1L2, and that was tough! Don't think I'll be sore until day three, but I was super tired by the end, and my tongue kept sticking to my mouth it was so dry >.< Nine more days to go with this... lord help me :3

Okay, well I'll start out lower that the 1800 at first. Many thanks!

Yes, I'm trying to lose rather than maintain. I'd preferably like to lose 1 lb a week if possible. Yes, i got this from fat2fitradio.com. So 1874 is what I'd eat total, even after working out? I wouldn't need to adjust it further?

I'm starting Level 2 tomorrow as well, soooo bored with level 1. Hope the next 20 days can go by a little quicker :3

I used to drink at least two cups of coffee during the day, and I REALLY missed it when I gave it up. But now I don't even think about it :) It'll suck at first, but the good news is you'll probably notice a jump in your fitness level pretty quick since you're cutting out all that sugar. Good luck!

I finish LV1D10 today, and was thinking about starting L2D1 right afterwards... just eager to move on from Level 1 lol. What do you think?

Those side lunges with the lateral arm raises.. I have to brace myself for it every-time. I feel like a shaking zombie after just the first set of them!

Sadly we can't keep you completely honest, as you are the only one who will really know what you ate that day. BUT, if you find you went over, or had a not so great day, just log it! After you do, you may be more inclined to not do it again (cause it's sad when your log gives you red negative numbers!) lol

For me, it was realizing how fast the time was going by, and how I wasn't getting any younger. Time seemed to fly when I was eating bad and not exercising, and now that I'm eating right and exercising it has slowed down a lot (which can be kind of frustrating at times). But I always think of how fast time was going by, and…

Yeah it's crazy how much it flushes you out- and how many bathroom trips I have to make now! ha @christy0111- Thanks! My mom always encouraged milk instead of water, so it was definitely something I had to make a change to.

Just a heads up- make sure you mention your chest is hurting, and not your heart- or they will usually send you to the ER! I tried to make a doc appt for chest tension and heart palpations, and no one would take me, they said I had to go to the ER. Was very annoying, expensive, and not needed.

Thanks for all the feedback guys! Very much appreciated :)
