  • I really enjoy TurboJam or Zumba. TurboJam is my favorite. It's like kickboxing with some martial arts. Chalene is the instructor and she's awesome. She's not fake and the music is good, too. I always recommend TurboJam.

  • Hi! I've been on MFP for a while, but I'm just now getting involved. Have you tried Turbo Jam? It's extremely effective for me and it's fun. It's a kickboxing/cardio workout. The workouts last either 20 minutes or 40 - 45 minutes.
