as long as you eat food that your body needs (not wants, we all want chocolate but our body needs nutritive foods) when you're physically hungry you shouldn't feel guilty. and indulging every now and again shouldn't bring you guilt, if it does you might be developing a bad relationship with food.

only recently have i started to notice fluctuation and i think that's because i'm already at a healthy weight and my body wants to fight back. i've decided to keep weighing every day (cause if i dont i'm anxious about my weight all day!) but only record my weight on weds and sat! xo
