Every single day. It's just about the only reason I wake up anymore. And now that my numbers have haulted, I find myself stepping on and off the scale. Before I eat, after I eat, before I pee, after. Holding my cat, not holding my cat. I'm insane. I hate the stupid scale.

Keeblers Wheatable Pecan Crisps! They're not incredibly low calorie, but they can really satisfy a sweet/salty craving with just half a serving! Usually my in between meals snack is a bowl of cereal with unsweetened almond milk. I wouldn't recommend cereal with cow's milk as a snack, though, because of all of the fat.

I've used diet pills and let me be honest with you, it's not possible to keep taking those pills. They make you feel crazy, they make you think crazy. I agree, breakfast should be your main meal, but I don't see a problem with not eating as soon as you wake up though. Make sure your first meal has enough protein and fiber to keep you from starving later on at night! [:

Your body uses a certain amount of calories each day to function (You can find that number by calculating your BMR, you can google a few sites that'll give it to you) Say your BMR is 2,400 calories a day, if you eat 2,000 calories You have a deficit of 400 calories. I did mine after about fifteen pounds, it was a pretty big change. (About one inch per five pounds.) I wouldn't do it more than once a month because of human error, but go wild, I suppose!
