By far the best oil I have used is grape seed oil. It doesn't make your food taste funky and it has a high flash point so it can be used for deep frying. Plus it has so many health benefits.

About getting pregnant- you need "the book". It is called "Taking charge of your fertility". That is how I got pregnant after 10 months of trying. Good luck and let me know how it goes!

Unsweetened almond milk has no sugar in it and is approx. 40 calories for a cup. I try to stay away from mainstream labels like Silk. If you want something super good for you but earthier tasting, hemp milk may interest you..

I just got done exercising at 11:25pm. I have a 3 year old and my husband also irks third shift so I get my "me" time after she goes to bed and after he leaves for work. It is usually around 10pm.
