Don't tear your name off of the bottom of your bib until after you've crossed the finish line. I tore mine off beforehand and didn't realize that that is how they keep track of everyone'should time and finish

I start every Monday. Just had the talk with myself to eat healthy at work tomorrow! Would love it if you add me!

Feel free to add me as well. The last several attempts have been epic failures!! I will motivate you and you motivate me!

Feel free to add me too! I am almost 42. Was 50 lbs down and gained it all back. I cannot seem to begin this journey and could use the support. I feel so uncomfortable. I throw my back out if I breathe- lol. I also have leg pain. You would think these things would motivate me but I just cannot get started.

I had mine out in my early 30's. I was in and out of the hospital on the same day. Same with my husband when he had his out. It's also common in women who lose weight and are on the pill.

Running 3.5 miles and knowing that when I enter a 5k, I will be able to run the entire thing!

I am so pissedi have to wait until next Tues to start W8D1- I had to wait around for someone to call me back regarding a prospective job opportunity and missed my window to work out- my last workout was this past Tuesday! I really hate skipping a workout!

Epic fail today! I was waiting for someone to call me back regarding a prospective job opportunity- it ruined my window of time to work out today! Will have to do W8D1 next Tues- that should be a blast after not working out for a week!
-
Tomorrow is W7D3- I think I might have to run indoors on a dreadmill because it's going to be SO hot by the time I get to run! I tacked on 7 extra minutes and finished my last lap running rather than cooling down and walking. For the first time, I'm actually convinced I can run an entire 5K!
-
Tomorrow is W7D2- I'm so glad my work schedule tomorrow will afford me the opportunity to run in the morning tomorrow before it gets too hot! Last Friday's run was interesting. I was the only one in the park. Allergy season starts for me this time of year and they were cutting the grass in the park as I was running! Oh…

W7D1 starts tomorrow! I've been looking forward to this all week!

We never lose fat cells. They are with us forever! We can only shrink them!

I am doing W6D3 tomorrow. I didn't even realize that I will have no intervals of walking (except warm up and cool down ) for the rest of the program!
-
Tomorrow is W6D3- I have a 22 minute run to complete. I'm going to try really hard to make it a 27 minute run! Have good workouts tomorrow everyone!
-
W6d2 done!! What a beautiful day it was for a run today. Too bad I have to wait until next Tues to do W6D3 :( can't wait for the next one!!

I'm 41 and finally have the schedule to accommodate working out. I am doing much better with that than the eating. I am currently in the final weeks of the Couch25K program. My goal is to run a 5K in October. Looking for fun people to share the ups and downs of the battle of the bulge. I have a little one and an awesome…
I use the Zenlabs C25K app and it tells you at the half way mark so you can turn around. It's free and might be worth downloading ;)
That is the one I have. My thinking was that I would eventually get back to my car but the workout was over and I still hadn't reached it so I had to go the opposite way-…

I listen to the Liquid Metal channel on SiriusXm. I tried hip hop but it didn't work out.

Tomorrow is the dreaded Week 5 day 3 workout- I seriously have been looking forward to it all weekend! Wish me luck!

Finished W5D1 today. Went outside for the first time since I started the program. I ran in a park that was unfamiliar to me. Finished my workout without difficulty. Thought the running path was a loop. Turns out it wasn't and I was over 2 miles away from where I parked my car. So I had to go back 2 miles in the opposite…

I'm on week 5, day 2. It's working so far. I cheat a little bit and run a bit more than I'm supposed to so the next coming week isn't so drastic! I definitely have more stamina! Today I ran outside for the first time since starting the program and I was able to complete my workout easily. Oh yes and I'm 190lbs. so I am…
