I usually eat an early dinner, around 900.

I'll have to try these, once I finish up my box of fruity Mini-wheats!

Lax vegan! Thank you for my new phrase, this describes me perfectly.

Two cereals that I eat regularly are Total and Uncle Sam. But I eat sugary cereals too. They make great desserts, just eat them in moderation.

I like Emma Watson with short hair! :)

Irritated that my local grocery store has apparently stopped carrying soy yogurt. Guess I'll go back to buying almond milk for my cereal. @Turnaround Haha, I find it almost impossible to be moderate at buffets, too. My personal downfall is Indian restaurants that have them!

July 3 Did I consume under my calorie goal? Yes. Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Did I write down everything I ate and drank? Yes.

I like hummus and veggie sandwiches. It's also pretty easy to make a sandwich spread by mashing cooked beans and adding whatever takes your fancy!
-
I love these! We don't get them regularly enough to make my top 10, though.

@caradae I'm currently using 5-pound rewards. I buy myself clothes or exercise equipment. For my first major milestone, I'm going to plan a day-hike somewhere beautiful! @moneil Two things that help me are positive self-talk and a morning ritual to recommit myself to being healthy every day. I think everyone needs to find…

It's incredibly tacky to talk on the phone when you're interacting with other people. It's also inconsiderate, as you could be holding up the rest of the line by not paying attention.

Almost everyone loses weight faster in the beginning. You say it "feels slow" but you've lost over 30 pounds in less than four months. One pound a week is a reasonable amount to lose. Many people have unreasonable expectations about how long weight loss takes.

I'm making watermelon salsa for one party and will take veggie burgers to the other one.

I walk. I do plan on having a more well-rounded program in the future, but this seems to be what my body wants right now.

If I didn't have to eat with other people, I'd probably have breakfast be my largest meal and dinner my smallest. As is, my three meals are usually split more like 25%, 35%, 40%.

I now only drink soda socially :) I think it's best appreciated as an occasional treat--you get the most effect from the caffeine that way and no withdrawal symptoms. Even so, caffeine addiction is relatively harmless, if it does not disturb your sleep.

You may not be eating enough calories. Are you eating what mfp calculated for you? Are you eating back your exercise calories? I really wouldn't recommend using the 2 lb/week goal unless you are obese.

I get heartburn if I eat too much too late in the day.

I have a food intolerance for raw mushrooms. Causes severe digestive upset for hours.

Our last cat died a few years ago. She was one of those cats that likes to play fetch. Unfortunately, she often wanted to do it in the middle of the night. Needless to say, the cats were banished from our bedroom. Even so, she would find a cat toy somewhere and stand at our bedroom door and moan at us, which sounded…

I realize the mfp exercise calories may be overestimated, but I do report everything I do, just so I have an accurate log of what exercise I've been doing. So my question is, how much under our mfp calorie goal is acceptable for the challenge? Will I be ok if I eat at least half of my exercise calories?
