There are jars of vegan cheese with 150 calories for the whole jar. I will have to be on the look-out for these next time I'm at Whole Foods.

I like the taste of our local water just fine, but my other half is a bit more picky. We have a Brita water pitcher.

Your weight will naturally fluctuate from week to week. It's better to just compare yourself to where you were a month ago.

I think it's much more important to focus on the quality of carbs, rather than quantity. Try to eat more beans, whole grains and fresh fruits and less processed foods.

Those dates in a box in the dried fruit section are disgusting. Medjool dates in the produce section are heavenly. I will choose a Medjool date over an Oreo every single time!
