Doing ok.. Started to work out again on the 27th of August. Took last wednesday off, and today as well. But I am getting at least 6 days of exercise in still, and on Monday I did doubles. That happens to me too. If I eat nothing but crap over the weekend, I'll be up 5 pounds, but it drops right off me again plus some within 2 days of regular eating, and exercise.

I'm in! My goal was originally to have lost 20 pounds by halloween. Currently I'm 146.6 and I want to get to 130. It puts me at needing to lose 2 pounds a week which I think is doable. But if I lose 10 I will be happy, since that will put me at my original goal! Good luck everyone!

I fill up a 44oz cup at work, and make sure to drink the whole thing while at work. I fill it up again and drink another 22oz before I leave work. I drink the remaining 22oz at home, and then I fill it up again during my workout, and just continue to drink it throughout the remainder of the day. It's easy to get the water…

DId Turbo Fire fire 55. Happy to have gotten my workout in on the weekend, since usually I'm being lazy. Went out to dinner with my husband and the in laws. Tried to watch my eating but I know I was over my personal calorie goal. But thats ok because I am about to burn it off now, and have a great 2nd day!

Starting weight 148. Goal weight 130. I hope to actually reach my goal by the end of October. Which would give me a 2 lb lose each week. Hoping this group will help, as I have not been accountable for my weight going up and down within the last 2 months.
