Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes. Just pepper and lemon juice. I find if I use pre-made rubs, the salmon ends up over seasoned and I don't like it. So now I just use 1/4 lemon to season after it's cooked.

I use my fitbit, and it usually says I burn around 120 calories. I log it as strength training.

I haven't completed insanity. At the most I completed the first month, and then the second month looked too intense, so I got something new. Now I do it about once or twice a week when I feel bored with turbofire. I wish I could complete it, I just feel like I am going to die every time I do it! Lol. I love it and hate it!!

So is everyone posting their calories from just working out, or for the entire day? I am using my fitbit and just recorded what I burned through the entire day, so some of my days are at 3400 cals burned but I notice everyone elses daily burn is only around 200-500. So should I just be entering extra exercise?

I'm in the same boat. Been smoking for 10 years, and every time I say I'm going to quit, I end up eating more. So I decided once I am a little deeper into my exercise and see more changes I will slowly try to cut them out. It's hard trying to give up everything at once, at least for me it drives me a little crazy trying…

Losing inches is terrific! Eventually the lbs will fall off too! Just keep at it! How many calories are you consuming? Maybe you need more or less? I am up 2 lbs this week and after reading so many forums I have decided I don't think I am eating enough and to up my calories by about 400-500. Maybe that will help you too?…

I feel your pain! I think I am being to ambitious with my overall goal too, and I even decided to add an extra 5 pounds on to my original goal. Just keep at it!! One day at a time, even if you don't lose as fast as hoped you can still do this!

I love most of them. I can't really say I hate a specific one, except green beans maybe, and whichever ones I have never tried before. I use to be a vegetarian so I am use to eating tons of veggies. There's nothing better than being able to fill up on a bunch of low cal veggies, and feel satisfied after.

Champion! I have four but the other ones I got were super cheap and they don't fit well anymore. The Champion one I have is comfortable and I got it on sale at Kohls. I heard some friends say they will double up the sports bras during a work out if they are uncomfortable still.
