I started "the New Rules of Weightlifting for Women" It goes into detail how much protein you need, sample recipes, and workout plans. I do go to the gym, and if you're a beginner, at least one session with a trainer would be very helpful! The first month or so is 10 exercises that cycle...Squats, deadlifts, shoulder…

My goal is/was 120 lbs at 5ft 5in. I'm currently hovering around 125, but I just found out I'm pregnant - so.....I never got to hit it, but I'll be trying again when I can!

A lot of times I'll take leftovers from a low cal dinner. I usually make enough for leftovers and I'll weigh them out and stick them in the freezer for a quick grab and go meal. I just have to heat it up in the microwave. I'll also bring yogurt, fruit, cottage cheese. I have a little cooler bag that I picked up at Target…

I log everything...

You're doing AWESOME!!!! Don't give up! I hit a plateau for like 6 months! BUT kept trudging along. I'm slowly inching down that scale.

Some people will say eating "clean" will help you lose your tummy, or working on core strength. I started a high protein diet and heavy lifting a few weeks ago and this is what I found.... this was a 2 week difference and about 4 lbs for reference, I'm 5ft 5 in and weighing in around 125 right now.

I was miserable last night because my body was not used to the indulgences. I'm feeling better physically today and I'm back on track! I has "budgeted" all last week in prep for this weekend and will do the same this week for NYE.

I know what you mean! My stock skin is getting looser and hanging more. And I can see the lines in my face more ;-(. I also have a goal in mind and others tell me that I don't need to lose any more. I'm really trying to build up muscle and make my body sculpted (not easy). I also just figured out that I probably separated…

I'm here!!! Chugging along! Weighed in yesterday at 131 - 6 lbs to go until my real attainable goal! I'd LOVE to see 120, but not holding my breath on that one, LOL!

I really really wish I had taken good before pics and measurements, but I think I was afraid I was going to fail again (I've taken before pics in the past and never followed through....) Luckily I've stuck with it this time! I'm almost at my goal, but I still have a lot of toning up I want to do! I'm 5 ft 5 in for…
