Yes - maybe a little leaner now - yeah - 10.5% just doesn't sound right to me!
-
Hope that 170 after my post wasn't meant for me, ROFL!
-
^^^^^ lol! on that note.....2 lb hmmmmmm, but really...170
-
mom of 4 here! I love it! You look amazing! A huge inspiration to everyone! :-)
-
Are you going under the muscle???? Even a year out, I have trouble with chest exercises!
-
Well, mommy pooch be darned - guess its my big butt and thighs that make me have to pull the pants up - these are new pants too. Off to keep shopping
-
Panache Sport!!! It has underwire and helps to encapsulate your boobs ;-)
-
that's what I was going to suggest too :-)
-
ROFL! I tried resizing, OMG!!!! Hello, yup, there's my V for the world to see - off to see if I can shrink the pic....:blushing:
-
my pants fit - they actually slide down some, so when I pull them up it makes it worse. I buy quality stuff (MPG, lulu, Nike). Stop making assumptions, and if you'll see - I was asking for suggestions for workout underwear, not just complaining about cameltoe.
-
Sure, I'll take one for the team. If these were bigger, they'd ride down
-
See, I don't mind commando but when it rides in the front it's uncomfortable (with fitted pants) Thanks for those who've made suggestions - gonna look at the suggestions! Maybe I'll come back with some reviews myself!

Yes, I get "sweaty and mussed" at the gym - it's usually a run to the grocery store on the way home. And, no, I don't like visible panty lines - ever. I may be working out but I still care what I look like - do you wear old raggedy sweatpants and holey t-shirts? To your gym? Doubt it... Just asking for advice from someone…
-
I like to wear fitted capris to things like zumba and they ride up (my front!) I thought something underneath would help- I don't always change when I leave the gym and would prefer not to have granny panty lines ;-)
-
actually I am being serious!!!! Where else could I ask this - I could see myself walking up to someone at the gym and asking what underwear they use :blushing:

I get it - I just wish there were childcare options. Here's one of our local gyms: Go 2 x/ week is $120/mo if you sign up for 14 months$140/ mo for 8 months, and $160/ month for 4 months 3 x/week is $140, $160 and $180 (14 months, 8 months, 4 months) Unlimited is $155, $180, $210 It seems more suited for young singles.…

I go to group classes at my YMCA and lift On the side, injust think I'd really like CF. oh we'll, the hours, cost and lack of childcare prevent me from joining.
-
I think maybe the biggest drawback is the lack of childcare, LOL! I know I can find WOD online, but I really benefit from a group setting - I'll keep with my YMCA membership, I suppose ;-)
-
I have a polar heart rate monitor - you can find them on amazon for around $60 or so - I'm addicted I wearing mine! I love getting a real reading - sometimes the numbers are way different!
-
so crazy how different body types are! I'm 5ft5in and 130 and don't look as good as many - and I'm lifting weights trying to tone up!
-
incredible!!!! Way to go!!!
-
The problem is that it wasn't a valid suggestion - Planet Fitness claims to be judgement free - except for those that don't make noise when lifting....There was a news story on recently where a corrections officer was "escorted" out because he made little grunting/ loud breathing noises while lifting. Google "lunk alarm"…
-
you're kidding, right? You can't make noise there when lifting! you'll get kicked out!
-
Have fun!!! You'll do great!
-
Leave your inhibitions at the door and HAVE FUN!!!
-
I'm a 30g in panache sport - love it!
-
Breastfeeding a 6 month old now! He just started some solids - wahhh! LOL! This is the 4th child I've nursed, but the first one that I've tracked calories and exercise with.
-
If Anybody needs 34g panache sport, message me - I've got 4 brand new ones I can't use!
-
My favorite is the Panache Sport bra - When I hook the back together to make it like a racer back, those puppies aren't moving!
-
Me too!!! I've found that I burn quite a different amount with different classes/ instructors!
