I'm doing 5x5 and I'm up to 145 (my body weight is 133). I need to keep practicing though because I don't go quite as far as I want - I might have to offload some and start again

I'm running my first 10k tomorrow - but it's such a big one, they have a bag check!!! I've seen running belts - which are essentially really small fanny packs ;-)

Interested as well! I started stronglifts a few weeks ago. (Also got through round 4 of NROLFW last time and just the 1 phase this time because equipment issues at my gym)
-
I downloaded the manual from the Internet. ;-)

I love my yoga pants from Costco - they are similar to lululemon, but without the $100 price tag. As for sports bras - I have to get super expensive ones because of my size, but the $50'is totally worth it! I love my panache sports bras for super support

I lost 40 lbs - and my boobs! (I had breastfed all 3 of my kids up to 3 years!). I got a lift and implants - I just couldn't take the empty tissue hanging on my chest....and now I have another baby, LOL! Gonna have toget another lift probably, but for me, it was worth it. Some may call me superficial, but I hadn't worked…

If you're baby is only weeks old - you should still be recovering :-) Rest up, enjoy those first weeks with your newborn - the weightloss will come soon enough! Congratulations!

Hi!!! I'm 25 weeks now - this is my 4th, but the first one that I'm actually taking a interest in how healthy I am during pregnancy! My goal was to not gain too much weight and stay active! I want to be able to get back into the swing of things after delivery as easily as possible. I've already gained more than I wanted,…

AMAZING!!! There is NO need to be embarrassed about your pictures! What an inspiration!!!

I got them, along with a lift after losing, and was done with kids (but I guess I wasn't really done -because here I am pregnant again!) I don't regret it at all, and hope that they still look OK after I have this LAST baby ;-)
-
I'm pregnant again, but I was SO close to being where I wanted to before I got pregnant again. This was after I had lost about 20 lbs, but still flabby (march 2011) and this is right before I found out I was pregnant - about 125 lbs (January 2012) I had just started lifting heavy and eating a higher protein diet when I…

You're gorgeous and you look great! Keep up the good work!
-
I guess it's kind of like weight watchers and banking points.
-
me! I'm 18 weeks now - it's been a struggle to change my mindset from the "lose lose lose" to just trying to be healthy and not gain too much - I've gained about 17 lbs so far :-( More than I would have liked, but I'll deal!
-
Wish mine had just shrank instead of completely deflated, even a push up bra wouldn't push that skin up! Enjoy your perky boobs!
-
There are dressings that are made with yogurt that I really like - they're refrigerated near the salad section in the grocery store - they have like 1/2 the calories and taste great!
-
Snacks....protein bars, cottage cheese with fruit, apples and peanut butter, greek yogurt, cheese sticks
-
Truly inspiring!!!! I want to be like you!! I just finished stage 1 but my week off was in Disney and I had a horrible diet ;-/. Thanks for your story!

Hi! I'm a 32 to mom of 3, going to be 4! I started the NROL at the beginning of the year (before I found out I was pregnant). I'm about to finish up stage 1 this week. I'm hoping I'll be able to continue this routine as far as I can while pregnant.
-
What a great accomplishment!!! I'm about to finish up stage 1 :-)
-
((((hugs)))). I'm actually in the same boat....already have 3 children too - had an oops over new years... I've just changed my calories to maintenance for now and I'm continuing to go to the gym/lift weights. I will not be out of control this time! You have the tools you need to stay healthy and to bounce back! I know…

I THINK I fixed it ;-)
