Current weight: 148 Goal weight: 135 Goal weight loss a week: 1 lb Pounds lost this week: 0 pounds lost total: 2 I have a goal of going to the gym 3-4 days a week. This week I went 3 already. Yay! This is so exciting! : )

:love: I just joined and I am really excited about this. I am trying to mainly just get fit for my wedding, tone up, and eat better. It is so hard to feel motivated, but I more than thankful for finding this website that has given me a new strength. I am going to go do my yoga now!
