"If you lose more weight, you can be my girlfriend". Seriously WTH???
-
My aim is to wear size 2 hot shorts. Still can't wear them yet, my thighs are a major problem!

Don't eat less than 1200 calories, you will be prone to binge eating attacks. Calculate your TDEE and minus 20%, like the previous posters say. Or if you are too lazy, at least aim for 1400 calories.

A skinny person will burn less calories than a fatter person for a given exercise. So you shouldnt have an aim nor compare other people's burn to yours. For me, I burn an average of 300-350 calories for 45 mins of running. I'm 5"7, 122 pounds. A bit disheartening to see low figures, especially since I can easily consume it…

Get used to your stretch marks, they'll be your friend for life. I still have mine from 10 years ago on my lower abdominal. Now they're a bright silver colour. I'm a bit self conscious to wear a bikini because of my tiger stripes.

7-10 pounds for me to lose an inch off my hips. It's the 2nd most difficult body part for me, the 1st being my thighs. My hips are 35" which I think is just right for my 5"7 statue.
-
5"7 122 pounds. 20.8" thigh, 13.5" calves. 25.5" waist.

How many inches do you want to lose off your tummy? If it's 2-3 inches, I suggest running 6km every day, you're bound to see results.

I think 77kg would be too little for your height. Why do you want to be so skinny? Honestly, skinny men are not as attractive as fit muscular men. It's quite a turn-off actually. Your aim should be to build muscle and cut fat. Based on the guys I know, I reckon a weight between 80-85kg would be attractive for your height…

Don't worry about calories and just have a cheat meal. All I can think about is Popeyes chicken and mash. Yummmmmm! And Carl's junior western bacon burger. Salivating now.

I did a week of 200 squats daily and my thighs grew half an inch. I freaked out and stopped doing them. I decided to take another approach instead. I do slow running (45 mins) 4-5 times a week to tone my legs and on the weekend I will do some sumo squats. Runners really do have the best legs! I'm going for the slim, long…

Hey guys, OP here. Thanks for your replies and suggestions. I'm an Australian, so certain snacks some of you suggested, we don't have here :( But I'm definitely going to try the 85% dark chocolate approach first. I intend to make milk chocolate (my favourite) an occasional thing, like when I go out with my friends to…

5"7 122 pounds. 34-25.5-35. My goal is 110 pounds. 34-23.5-34

Can anyone help me? Not sure if I'm eating too little. For the past 2 weeks, I've been eating 1200 calories, doing IF. Felt hungry at night all the time. Yesterday I decided to up it to 1400 calories. CW:122 pounds, GW: 110 pounds, 5"7. I have a small frame and the fat/weight drops off really slowly since I'm not that…

Just take some whey protein and eat healthily with exercise. Done.

I'm 5"7, currently 122 pounds and a uk size 8. To be uk size 6 and given my height, I need to be 110 pounds. This makes sense to me as it takes me 5-7kg to drop a dress size. That's my ultimate aim anyway, to be a uk size 6 with a 24" waist! For your height, I reckon you need to be 100-110 pounds to be a UK 6. True…

Download the 'map my run' app. It's free, fantastic and tracks your runs (calories, speed and distance). Running outdoors is all the cardio I do. It's free and I feel like a superstar after, albeit it being winter in the country I'm running now. Buy a barbell set (20kg to 50kg) so you can do strength training on the cheap.…

I lost weight and got the gap. My mum has it too. I think it's to do with wide hips, genetics as what everyone else says. My proportions are 34-25.5-35.

Nope. I usually run before dinner. I have a whey protein shake 5 mins before I have dinner. Whey fills and bloats my tummy. I eat 1200 calories regardless whether I exercise or not.

Damn Kit-kats.

My thighs always rubbed each other. It was so bad that the skin was black. Since losing weight, I have a thigh gap, there is no part of my legs touching when I put my feet together. Working on making that gap wider.

Me! I'm 5"7' and 122 pounds. Had a terrible eating day today but I'm aiming for 110 pounds. I have a small frame.

I'm really embarrassed as well. My gym is pretty small and most of the time it's only the guys doing the weights. Well, I've decided to invest in a barbell set (50kg) for my room. I don't like to do squats in the gym. Prefer to do it at home too.

This is controversial but you could try intermittent fasting with a 6 hour window which should slim down your troubled areas. Worked really well for me. My tummy wouldn't budge, but I've lost half an inch in two weeks doing nothing but changing my eating hours.
-
For me, it's 5-7kg to drop a dress size. Don't worry girl, keep going at it and all the best.

It depends on yourself. For me personally, I'm 5"7' too and I've always dreamed of wearing a bandage crop bra top with a neon skirt. Sounds a bit slutty I know, but thats the goal. Reckon I need to be a size 0-2 for that. So ideally, my goal will be 110-115 pounds. Of course you don't want to just do cardio and have a flat…

I'm addicted to Pepsi max and green tea. I drink a can of Pepsi max daily.

Weighing myself daily would drive me insane because I am the sort of person who likes to see results quickly. It's not for my morale and psyche too. I weigh myself once a month. However, I use the measuring tape almost 2-3 times a week.
