Geloza, trying a low sugar diet is really effective (<15g per day). It has worked for me so far, and my tummy and skin looks so much better. I lost around 10 pounds in a month, only exercise I did was walking 2-3km per day.

Hey OP, great question! Let me tell you what has worked for me. I've always had cellulite, BMI around 22, never done any exercise. But once I started running and doing sumo squats, my thighs got smaller and all the ripples on my skin disappeared like magic! However, I have gained some weight back (about 20 pounds, have…

Since I'm not very big, I need to lose 6-7kg (15 pounds) to drop a size (I'm US 4-6 or UK 8-10). It's really hard to make your waist smaller.

I bought three different brands and over ten packets. I rather eat the real noodles or not eat pasta at all. The texture is so bad. I rather not eat chocolate than eat fake noodles.

Basmati is a good substitute for jasmine rice. Basmati is low GI and requires more water to cook. I rather eat basmati than brown rice, can't stand the grainy taste.

Wow I love this transformation! You look much better in short hair, cute too! Well done :)

Count your calories and tell yourself you can't go over. Save some calories for the snacks. Not enough calories= no snack. Also I used to eat dessert every dinner time, it was a terrible habit. Desserts are a 'sometimes' food not an 'everyday' food. You need to beat the habit girl :)

I eat one big meal (600-800 calories), a shake (150 calories) and a snack (200-300 calories). All within an hour. Intermittent fasting, and I'm burning fat so quickly. Yay.

Diet is more important than exercise. The old saying goes "you can't out-exercise a bad diet". When you first decide to lose weight, changing your diet will make you drop pounds. However, if you want to get toned and avoid the skinny fat look, you then should exercise. I have lost 15 pounds within 6 months through no…

I'm 5"7, 25 yo and 132 pounds. My goal is to be 120 pounds. Currently I am on a 1400 calorie diet coupled with intermittent fasting (4-5 hour eating window). I am mostly sedentary but I do 2 hours of exercise weekly + lots of walking. My results with IF are phenomenal: my tummy is flatter than ever before. I should reach…

Hun, I have insomnia too and slightly older than you. I used to have crazy binge eating habits. In Oct 2013, I gained 10 pounds in 3 weeks by eating like a crazy hog at night. Sweet pastries, tubs of ice cream, bread, milo chocolate powder and just too much sugar. My binge eating was fuelled by other emotions, but I shan't…

For me, my tummy slimmed down with IF and a four hour eating window. I still ate the same amount of calories in a normal day, 1400-1800. I also did 4 hours of cardio each week.

I'm 5"7, around 125-135 pounds (my weight fluctuates a bit). I wear waist size 25 in Hollister, 25 in Nudie Jeans. Mostly smalls, size 2-4.

Not sure if you have it in america, but I mix my Weetbix with corn flakes. It adds more fibre and is much healthier than cornflakes, meaning I get fuller without filling up too much on unhealthy high-carb cornflakes. Cornflakes with milk is a terrible snack, I know because it doesn't keep me full, so I end up going for…

Generally my family has been happy for me losing weight (about 7kg a few years ago). Though a few friend-nemies smile but deep down inside, they're jealous as heck. Who cares what others say or think? Be happy and give thanks, that's my motto!

I'm 5"7. When I was a UK size 10, my waist was around 28.5-29.5 inches and my weight was hovering around 134 pounds. Now I'm a UK size 8 and my waist is 25.5, weight around 123 pounds. Takes me 10-12 pounds to lose a dress size.

I'm 5"7' and my goal is 110lbs, size 0-2, 23.5-24" waist.

I'm cold in Sydney too. But I find eating lots of protein really keeps me full :) and also I drink a lot of tea (green and chamomile) and Metamucil.

Popeyes 2 piece and mash potato! Yum

When I'm out with my friends, I have cheat days. It's hard to socialise and eat healthy food, particularly if we are all sharing plates of food.

2 Kit kat chunky bars (650 calories) and one double choc brownie (450 calories) in one night.

I'm the opposite. I get so bored out of my mind with the elliptical. Prefer running outdoors and feeling the elements.

Well, I wouldn't call myself a super skinny person but average Australian size for girls around my age. I eat fast food on average once a month. I eat a lot of spinach, wholegrain bread and I only eat one carb-heavy meal per day (brown rice for dinner). On a daily basis, I only eat low fat food and generally avoid cheesey…

How many pounds did you lift? I'm interested in doing this too but I have no idea how much to lift.

It's winter where I am too! But I love running and will still continue running in the cold. You just need the right clothing and getting used to breathing in cold air while running. I would suggest you try the c25km app (couch 2 5km). It's made for people with no running experience. I used to hate running in the cold but…

Don't pick a weight. Just pick a size you want to fit into. I bought some abercrombie and fitch shorts in size 2, and that's my aim. BMI isn't everything, so don't pay too much attention to it.

I hate my thighs, the hardest place to lose fat from!

Just eat whatever you want to eat. Don't forget a nice chocolate dessert too. One day isn't going to kill you. But personally, I would go for a run first and just eat oatmeal for breakfast and lunch (200 calories). Lots of metamucil too. Your net calories for dinner will be around 1600 calories, more than enough for your…
