I have been doing 22 Minute Hard Corps (beachbody program) for the last 5 weeks, 6 days a week. Cardio & Core one day, resistance the next and so on. I hear you! I have been getting myself to the point where I can tolerate plain greek yogurt occassionally, I don't mind any of the flavored kinds, but plain gets me! I add in a half cup of fresh fruit with it! Makes it tolerable! :)

I drink Shakeology in the AM and that holds me over until lunch time! I typically mix it up with a cup of fruit and water! Sometimes with a TBSP of Almond Butter and/or PBFit and banana! I love it! The best way to motivate her is by finding opportunities that you can do TOGETHER - walks, eating healthier, etc.! You can't make her change, she has got to want it herself! She also has to know that no matter what, you still love her the way she is!
