Thanks, have been looking up a few balance exercises to start for strengthening the muscles. Hopefully can see an improvement in the next few months!

If your goal is to increase your heart rate, you would be best off increasing your level or speed because your body is probably used to the 23 miles at whatever rate you have been doing it :) I don't think you would have to decrease your miles to 12 but just try average 20mph or stay at 6 out of 8 and see how that goes.

Greats thanks! I will definitely look into some new shoes because I have been wearing my runners. Maybe look into some stretches also. Glad to eliminate the braces

I started Oct.28th and am on day 16 so far. Have noted a big improvement in cardio so far. You don't hurt as much after the first week, keeping my rest day on Thursday for now :) Is everyone taking before and after pics?
