Thanks, I was thinking that! I do lower weights on a bar bell. High repetition. No breaks. Constantly going for the entire hour.

THIS^^^ lol I have a few glasses of wine a few nights a week, and make sure to fit it into my calories, I also make sure I get good cardio in on those days.

Pizza Beer and Nacho's are my downfall!!! I am losing weight while still enjoying these items (in smaller doses!!), and working out hard on those days when I indulge :)
