I haven't been pleased thus far with the new season but maybe it will get better. Yes I saw Jenae on the Allstate commercial. I noticed that she looks lighter on the commercial than on the show. Maybe it;s bad lighting on the show.

I agree with meghanner on this one. This is what my doctor and I agree on for ME. I will buy the foods in it's most natural form, and usually try to purchase either grass fed meats or leaner cut meats to balance it out. Avoiding the processed foods altogether and cooking my own meals vs buying out.

Well I've read that in order to lose weight you should consume no more that 1200-1500mg per day. It's one silent culprits that can hinder your weight loss efforts. Maybe you should try cutting back and see how that works for you.
