  • I'm a low arch girl too, size 11. I went to runners world... and I also have inserts (expensive little buggers, 300...) anywho, they help you! Without them I wouldnt have been able to lose any weight in my shoes. I recommend a runners shoe, even if you don't. It's just better imo.

  • Awe. Thanks. That is too true. I know people who are on diets/ bars as meals and they get angry when I lose more weight by just eating normal food. It's tough when what works for someone doesn't work for the other, oy vay. We're all exceptional.
