  • No part of exercise is 'fun' for me. lol
  • Well a goal is never bad. As long as they're doing it safely and taking care of themselves. I've seen people lose a lot of weight the healthy way by their goal. And even if they dont, they still keep on. A goal is just motivation. This topic is almost funny because without a motivation who would be here trying?
  • When my uncle came to town and stayed with us, I worked out more. I felt proud of what I am doing. Eating right, taking care of yourself. Maybe suggest going on a stroll after you eat? I'm sure they will understand. You have to come first sometimes.
  • For just general information... you should. But dont do it in the afternoon if you can help it. Morning rule. Do it once, and just say okay I can do this. The number doesn't mean much actually, so if it's too hard on you, don't. But it's nice to have a set goal. Either way youll see a difference
  • Consider your type of movement. If you just walk, try biking. Try something new. and people go through this all the time. It could be a lot of things but if you tend to be like me who has one bite of something and doesnt count it, that's a problem too! sugar and fat intake. etc. if it keeps like that, maybe you need to…
  • I take my b-12's everyday, I have severe b-12 problems and iron. I take an iron supplement as well because I don't eat meat so it's harder to get what I need. As a woman (lol) I take a lot of things depending on circumstances. It can be expensive but I dont go to the doctor at all so it's like 200 for my vitamins once…
  • I am just throwing mine in a box for 2 weeks. It's giving me issues.
  • mine are too, it's odd. I ntoiced my pants fit tighter in the legs now! which was a problem before too. Im not sure, it could be in our heads

  • Mamas and the papas. Duh. ;)
  • People keep saying it must be drugs lol but no. I think it's that most of those people truly are LARGE, most, not all though! They want people with a lot of weight to lose obviously. And they give them very strict diets. I'm not sure entirely. I have the books. But they only said they do an hour a day. How? only an hour...
  • I walk 15 mins after breakfast, I dont like walking when my tummy is digesting. I wait and walk/bike then. also after dinner and sometimes if i have the time after lunch. I just enjoy it. Just whatever feels good to you.
  • I have to pee like 20 times before bed. I know, water sucks because its all I drink and at least like...12 a day most days. But it's worth it

  • I'm not sure this site is beneficial for people who want to be at an unhealthy weight. I actually think if you ate more you'd look and feel amazing. you don't NEED to lose any weight. Feel good about your body, no one should be harming themselves to attain a weight that is incredibly unrealisitic. unless you are 4'10-4'11…
  • Actually, do weights prior to cardio. it burns more calories.
  • How accurate is it though? I did an hour on like level 16, SO hard and burned 680 calories but I didnt feel like I do when im done running so Im just unsure about it
  • Bottom line, a healthy weight is inbetween that insane number and that high number. You don't need to be a skinny pole and have your ribs poke out to be healthy. period. And taking into account your build too.
  • ^I don't agree.
  • lol the 150 pound 5'10 woman? No. I'm fairly sure 150 is the max a 5'5 girl can weigh. A 5'10 is more. (What I mean is in the BMI thing.)
  • there is one out there that takes into account your frame. small medium broad. etc. Then by height etc. Im not sure where! the tools section has one too
  • I prefer not to waste my calories on dressing to be honest. I make my own, or try a low cal one. Cream based will be triple the calories. If you're serious about weight loss sometimes you have to expand your tongue and try new things. Not that yogurt is bad but if you eat a lot of salad it's wise to be cautious about what…
  • I don't put my active level based on how much I work out. I mean, if you had an office job you'd put lightly right? All I can say is do not input your activity level based on your cardio. heh. Other than that I'm clueless
  • I love TLC! You know, sometimes I think our sanity is more important than a party, when you need to take it easy.
  • Well depending on a few factors. Are you healthy? Have you had blood work? If you have any health problems that could be effecting you but first i'd address... how many cals you eat? How much movement you do? (calories burned) And then... do you drink lots of water. At least... 8-12. I find that if you still have soda or…

  • ugh I just now fit into 12's snuggly. Im so jeaslous lol
  • I only drink water and tons of it. I'm in. Starting now actually lol! On my way to a treadmill
  • Well.. I think if you only eat 1200 combined... that's... bad. I'm not an expert! but with your workout cals it's ok to eat some back. Infact when I eat them back, just 100 or 200 I lose more weight
  • I think you should balance the crazy voice in you who says "You will never look good or feel good " (at least mine does) and the friends and family who say you always have and do. I think you should keep on cardio. 45 is what they say helps you most, a day. walking is so good for you! Never give it up. But also doing…
  • One word. EAT. I wish people realized how vital it is, if you dont eat WELL or at all you gain weight or stay the same. Eat more, lose more. ugh
  • I think that should be displayed on the login page?
  • I've never heard of those. I'll be sure to look it up
