I personally have no clue but I've walked/ran without eating, didn't go well. I used to faint. But I always allow 30 minutes between my cardio and food. I wouldn't go empty to a class. Then again I've never done zumba or know what it is!

When I give into my cravings for junk I feel gross after, it's easy to rmemeber that 'oh god, why did I want that?' feeling. So it helps! But grilled cheese isn't always bad. Fries...probably. Argh!

Well..question easier to answer is what isn't a weakness? I'm not insane on sweets but things like.... flatbreads, pasta, I love them. CHEEESE!!! oh my gosh. I'm a vegetarian but even so I still have a hard time saying no to some foods. Cheese is might addictive.
