I like using Skinnytaste and Pinch of Nom. Skinnytaste provides a weekly meal plan, including shopping list, which can be changed for your needs. Pinch of Nom is mainly a recipe site, and they do great 'fakeaways'.

I recommend looking up the Get Fit with Rick videos on YouTube. Several walking workouts for various fitness levels. And they work! I've lost 15lbs so far this year. :)

I also have a Samsung wearable and it records me mowing the lawn as either cycling or elliptical :D

I drink a lot of tea and chew sugar free gum. Maybe not appetite suppressants but they keep my mouth busy :)
