'Impossible' exercises
Are there exercises you just can't do, not matter what? I struggle with press-ups and chin-ups and I'm not sure why, as my arm and shoulder strength is quite high. I'm fine with planks but as soon as I lower myself to the ground I just can't lift up again. And my sense of balance is awful so I wobble all over the place…

Changing macro amounts
Its probably quite obvious but I can't seem to find how to increase or reduce the macros on the food diary. I am on a high protein, low carb diet and I would like to up the protein amount on my diary so it doesn't go red all the time. Any help gratefully received. :smile:

I always eat breakfast but I rarely have more than 15 minutes in the morning to do so. Logging everything
Now I know the best thing to do is to log all food eaten each day, but what about exercise? I have logged my long walk to work, but how would i log the two flights of stairs I ran up twice, or the 5 minbute trip to run an errand at lunchtime. Do we log EVERYTHING? Or do I need to keep a sense of proportion? :)
