Quick, high protein breakfasts.

I always eat breakfast but I rarely have more than 15 minutes in the morning to do so. I currently either have oatmeal with skimmed milk or scrambled eggs, but now I want to cut my carbs down even more the oatmeal will have to be used less often.
Does anyone have any ideas for high protein, low carb breakfasts that are around 200-300 cals, that can be made and eaten within 15 minutes? Bear in mind I am in the UK so won't have access to any of the convenience foods some US people will be familiar with.
Thank you in advance.

Protein shake? I make mine with water and is just over 100 cals but if you want to bulk it up you could make with milk?0

What about hard boiled eggs. Simple, portable, can be cooked before time and simply peel and eat. also Greek Yogurt with some almonds.0

Eggs and bacon/sausage? You don't have to have it with bread, which would cut calories and carbs.
Egg "muffin" recipes are all over the internet--low calorie, filling, very quick since you can freeze and then microwave, and yummy!
Frittatas... Most of these suggestions I'm thinking of seem to be egg-based
Also, you don't have to be limited to breakfast foods! You can always eat leftovers from lunch or dinner the day before. Chicken breast, chili, stews and soups etc. are just as edible at breakfast time!0 -

I second Greek Yogurt, you can add fruits or nuts to this to make it more interesting and filling.

I tried those egg muffins...not really that good.
I'm pressed for time in the morning as well cuz I usually do the gym before work and that doesn't leave much time to do anything else in the morning.
Greek yogourt and fruit is a go to of mine. Also boiled eggs, protein bars, overnight oatmeal, and toast with peanut butter
Not sure how far you want to reduce your carbs....I try to keep mine in check (under 100 and shooting for between 50-60) and I'm usually able to do that even if I have some overnight oatmeal or toast. I only use 1/4-1/3c of steel cut oats in the overnight oatmeal and I buy several different varieties of whole grain bread with little slices that come in with less carbs and are at least complex carbs. Overnight oatmeal is a great way to get some protein by tossing some protein powder and greek yogourt in it. I find I need some carbs in the morning if I'm heading to the gym or I feel ooooky. The rest of my day has limited foods with high carbs. Mostly just from fruits and veggies after that unless I fall into a box of chocolates.0 -

Cottage cheese with diced vegetables (cukes, peppers, tomatoes, whatever else you have).0

Plain oatmeal can get dull and I'm not a big fan unless it's loaded with brown sugar and whipping cream, which doesn't often fit into my goals ...that's why I do the overnight oatmeal. It's different everytime I make it. Sometimes I throw in chia or hemp hearts...sometimes not. Sometimes I put in peanut butter or chocolate protein powder or hemp protein. I change up the fruits I use with it, etc. It's not for everyone, but it keeps my breakfasts a little more interesting for me

One of the best-tasting and healthiest—or mid-morning snack—options available is oatmeal. Oats are super easy to make, taste great, are extremely versatile, and pack a serious punch of great nutrition. I eat mine every day and I think you should, too. (Plus, what better time to start making oatmeal your breakfast of champions than in the chilly winter months!)0

When I'm looking to get in more protein at breakfast I tend to make egg scrambles with lots of veggies. I saw you mentioned that you don't want to eat too many eggs, would you try tofu scramble? How about foods that don't normally fall in the breakfast mindset? My husband often has roast chicken and veggies for breakfast. You could also make some protein pancakes (still heavy in eggs, but without the taste of eggs). There are also quite a few (Paleo type) recipes for muffins that are heavy in eggs and coconut or almond flour, and as such, lighter in carbs. Other than that, try applegate sausage - they are delicious! There's also cottage cheese, tuna, greek yogurt, smoothies made w/ avocado and protein powder (with other stuff).

Boil a bunch of eggs and use those on a few days. Precooked turkey sausage.0

I use oatmeal as a base, with different 'toppings' i use all kinds of different friuts - apple, raisins, cranberries, dried apricots; also - I used to love this little dish: quinoa cold - with a little apple cider vinegar, with a slice of avocado, arugula, and part of a boiled egg. the yummiest little breakfast salad.0
