I have jars of cashew butter, almond butter, and seed butter, and am at a loss what to do with them, apart from spreading them on an apple. Any suggestions and/or recipes gratefully received.

I bet they'd pair well with sweet potato.

    this.

I put mine on rice cakes, ice cream, cookies, spoons, butter knives, sandwiches, toast, biscuits, and I love it in some protein-packed-oatmeal (proatmeal). :)

The seed butter I would equate with Tahini paste and I would make a kick-*kitten* hummus.

I would take 1-2 tablespoons a day as a serving of nut butters, so it may take a century or more to use them up. Maybe make up some recipes and give them away.

Making some homemade whole wheat bread this morning - I crave homemade bread and almond butter! My husband loves to put almond or peanut butter into his morning smoothie. He uses chocolate protein powder, milk, banana, and almond butter. It is his post-workout treat, and satisfies the chocolate/pb cravings for him.

I make peanut butter cereal balls, roll PB in cereal, and eat. A bit messy, but very good and easy.

I like adding almond and peanut butter to savory dishes, because I like the flavor boost.

I love almond butter, I typically eat on on a multigrain rice cake and then top it with a few sliced red grapes - it's like a healthy version of PB&J and equally tasty!

If you're into flapjacks/oat bars I add a little bit of nut/seed butter to the mixture when I make them and it's super tasty! Chocolate and almond flapjacks are tasty!
