I'm 5'7" and 138lbs right now at 22% body fat. The goal is roughly 16% body fat at 130lbs. I'm supposed to eat 1500-1900 a day.

I did one yoga class of regular hatha yoga about a year ago. And then I tried bikram yoga. I loved it.
