Both Just a thought, when I'm training I only train a set of muscles every other day, shoulders one day abs the next and so on. Hello, If you are going to a gym or somewhere where they are able to measure your body fat and dimensions then you will get a better understanding of your fat loss, that simple scales will not. simon
