Today was day 10 of Insanity for me. I'm starting to notice some progress with the workout. I'm feeling more comfortable doing the exercises and less worn out when I'm done. Fit test + stats check is in 5 days and I am looking forward to seeing my improvements.

Hey! I'm Maria, 27 and a therapist. Would love some new MFP buddies to give/get support.

Hey everyone! I'm Maria! I'm 27, in NJ. After being reasonably fit for most of my life, the poor eating habits have finally caught up with me thanks to grad school. In the past 2 yrs I've gained about 20lbs. I can feel the difference on my body and it's beginning to effect my health. I'm working hard to get back in shape…

This is my 2nd week and I am enjoying the combination so far. They're both tough but doable and I can't wait to see the results! BFBM was the bigger challenge for me because its so much longer than 30DS and my endurance is not so great. The first time I tried the workout I had to really push myself to complete it and felt…

Age: 27 Height: 5' 7" CW: 150 GW: 140 - 135 I'd be happy at 140 but I felt most comfortable and healthy at 135.

I was just thinking I haven't done much to get in shape this summer BUT I can look great by Christmas! What a perfect group for me! I'm in in it with you for the long haul :)

I started at 155 lbs a few weeks ago. My current weight is 150 lbs. My first goal is 145 lbs and to increase my cardio endurance so I can run a 5k. There's a Zombie Run in October that I'm aiming for.

Wow! these are great results for such a short amount of time. Are you doing anything besides 30DS?
-
My first time doing 30DS I used 3lbs and it burned. Now I'm up to 5lbs and feeling comfortable. I've been trying to switch to 10lbs for some of the easier moves like chest press.

I just picked up a similar routine - I'm alternating BFBM and No More Trouble Zones. The workouts are challenging but seeing the amount of calories burned is definite motivation. Looking forward to my final results! Good luck to you :)

Well done! I know how hard it is to resist the urge and convenience of fast food but you proved to yourself that you can do it. Keep up the good work :)

Such a difference! Thanks for sharing your photos. Thats definitely motivation to continue when the scale isn't moving :)

Interesting site. I was a 1/2 size smaller than I thought. I wonder how the results would change if they incorporated height Thanks OP!

You could try supporting your lower back with a pillow or rolled towel while sitting at work.

Yep! It's the quickest way for me to lean out my legs and I love that I can do them almost anytime.

Missed a day dealing with ridiculously sore calves and ended up doing the Cardio Recovery workout today. I was surprised to find how toned down this one was. I could have pushed through it yesterday if I'd known. Thinking about doing the Pure Cardio workout later tonight so I can be back on track

Hey everybody! Glad to find a group of people to help me stick with it and motivate each other :) I'm Mariia. A 26 yr old grad student. I noticed myself gaining weight during the semester from a lean 135 to a jiggly 155. I didn't have any energy anymore and I couldn't fit my clothes :( Now that I have a bit of time to…

Hey! I'm same height and weight as you...but 10 yrs older :P I'd love a work out buddy and it'd be cool to compare results with someone a similar size to me. I'll add you :)

Wow, those are great results after only two weeks! Are you following the nutrition plan as well? I just started in Monday and this is great motivation :)
