I have put myself back to 1200 calories, 4-5 fruits/veggies and 60 protein....limiting carbs to 4 per day. If this doesn't work then I am going back to an all liquid diet for a week.....I hope this works.

1. ROast with veggies and fennel :-) 2. Put it in the crockpot with some bbq sauce...pull it apart for sandwiches 3. Pork stirfry 4. Try it in the crockpot with a can of cream of celery soup....sounds gross....but OMG it is fantastic
