If you put yourself out there and give off that vibe it's only expectant that men will flirt with you. first impressions count and that is usually done within 1-3 seconds. Dress promisciously expect it. I don't mind I am a massive flirt; stems from my personality. I don't discriminate though ;)

according to that chart 15% is good on the male and between 25%-20% on the female. but I know people that are lower for asthetic and competition purposes i.e not easily attained or sustained but good on you :) I am sitting around 19-20% and pretty happy so thanks for that comparative; good guide.

hahah this is by far the best thread hahaha people think it's genetics but it;s actually pretty easy to attain one but obviously having leaner legs help considerably...squatting and weighted lunges are your best friend :wink: btw not lesb but the chick without the box gap 'gawd damn dat *kitten*' :wink:

as long as you are incoporating weights and mixing it up (incline stair master) you should see a difference :) But I use the elliptical for about 30-35 mins or incline machine then do a good 35 mins weights :D

It can't be any more succinct or simpler than wanting to be the best version of yourself, longevity with life and health and reaching that state of confidence where you feel you can achieve everything in life and of course asthetics plays into it.
