i just started it today - my plan is to do it every day for 10 days on level 1 and then see how i feel after that for level 2. i log it as circuit training for 20 mins.

i use it as moisturizer, in my hair as a leave-in conditioner, for frying....pretty much anywhere you could use regular oil!

great work!! as bob harper once said (or was is jillian micheals?lol) "YOU CAN DO ANYTHING FOR ONE MINUTE!" I always remind myself of that when I'm down to my last treacherous minute of running...it's honestly really true! especially if you pretend it's a life or death type of situation...lol

Personally, I love the taste of avocado just as it is. But my fave salad is one with 1/2 avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese mixed in with a bit of balsamic (Bolthouse Classic Balsamic is my faaaaave). It's super good for you and yummy.

1lb in 1 week is totally fine!! If you're shooting for maximum fat loss (the healthy way) - eat clean, lean foods , decrease your calorie intake (but make sure it's still enough for you to function properly), do cardio (for a healthy heart and build stamina) and lift heavier weights (to blast the fat away with muscle!)!

I'm not totally against "diet" foods like lean cuisine... but you should be careful about what you put in your body. most of those foods have plenty of sodium and sugar...and other mystery ingredients i cant pronounce. I find its always better to buy or make yourself a wrap or sandwich that has all the ingredients right…

I usually have 2 packets of Quaker Instant Oatmeal (I love the Peaches and Cream one!) ...it has lots of fibre and definitely keeps me satisfied for a few hours until lunch.
