I've lost 222 pounds. I lost a person and gained a TV sitcom!

I pre plan my day's diary, and I always log an after dinner snack, usually an apple and 2 tbs of peanut butter. I'm not sure why this works for me, maybe because the peanut butter has the perfect combo of protein/fat? Whatever the reason this works for me, and I never go to bed hungry.

Why don't you experiment? You only have 13 lbs left to lose. You want to gain muscle so leave the diet alone for a month or two, hit the gym, do the weight training and cardio and see what happens.
