  • I'm really struggling eating enough. I just don't feel hungry at all. I have to force myself to eat, and that is so hard for me. I know that is why my weight loss has stopped. I'm going to make changes and make sure I start eating more.

  • Those are some very good goals, Denise. I have been able to get off 3 of my 5 medications. The last 2 are going to take time, because I have to wean off them. Working out everyday and drinking my Shakeology has made this possible. I have never been happier and more fulfilled.
