The mental clarity for me only comes from extended fasts - for me once I hit the 36 hour mark, the mental benefits kick in :)

Awwwwwwww thanks gals!!! I'm about 10 pounds up from my preferred weight, hence back on a losing schedule BUT GOOD NEWS!!! 161.5 this morning :) With 2 full fasting days to go!!! AMAZING!!! FINALLY!!! I should be able to get down to under 157 if precedence holds :) Thank ya JESUS!!! <3
