I've been unpacking too so it's a LOT of up and down. My office and bedroom are upstairs, kitchen on the main floor and "living room" is in the basement so even without the unpacking, it's a lot of up and down lol

Checking in for the biweekly weigh in 😊 Moving tomorrow so no working out the last 2 weeks but fasting/food stayed normal. 3 days fasting last week, 4 this week. 154.2 —that's a 1.2 lb loss for 2 weeks or 0.6/wk average. Ill TAKE IT 😁 Have a great weekend y'all ❤️
