Starting today. Committing to a month of OMAD and will see. It’s been so helpful reading about your different journeys. Excited to do this

Good job, @ForLangston. The first couple of days can be a difficult adjustment for some, but you seem to be doing great. I was never a breakfast eater, so I only had to get myself through to dinner, which was my “one meal” of choice.

@Nevadaden: thanks for your note. Yes, I tried OMAD for a week in 2021 and experienced all the headaches and fatigue. So, this time around, I'm ready :)

@arguablysamson : thanks for your note. Hello and thx for your videos on YouTube. So informative and helpful

Hitting my OMAD goals by eating in a 2-4 hr window, found that the 20:4 works better for me to not feel overly stuffed and to meet my caloric goals :)

B/c I work well with check-ins. Started a whole group on whataspp with fam to fast and well, it helps!

Doing my thang. Experimenting with different types of teas (blueberry, ginger, lemon) so that I'm hydrating rather than snacking. Doing pretty good

I like teas when fasting, too. (I love coffee, but I take it with half and half or cream. Plain tea is much more palatable to me than black coffee.) Sounds like you’re doing very well!

Welcome to the group. It's been a month so far, do you like OMAD enough to keep going?
