I don't log lettuce, spinach, mushrooms, etc. I don't log coffee itself but I do log the creamer (milk or powder).

I get bored with them too. I've done p90x, half of T25, and Les Mills Combat and started to dread them a month into it (hence why I've only done half of T25). I will look into daily burn and youtube as suggested.

Good luck. I'm on week 4 day 2 and really enjoyed it the first 2 weeks. But already I'm bored with SQUATTING! I really like the reduced time commitment of the other Beachbody products. Most importantly, the intensity is great.

I've been using the Mio Drive+ for about 2 months and really like it. It's a strapless HRM. You press 2 buttons on the watch and it gets your HR in a few seconds. Depending on your preference, this is a pro or con. It wouldn't be suitable for biking or non-stop aerobic workouts like Beachbody's T25 or Insanity because…

If you're up to purchasing another workout, I recommend Les Mills Combat. I'm finishing week 6 today and have really enjoyed the workouts. They're 30-60 minutes and I always burn 700-1200 calories per workout. I'm down 12 lbs so far. I did p90x last year and did a week or 2 of Insanity and it wasn't quite for me.
